Cancellation policy

If you purchase a subscription (Subscribe & Save), you authorize recurring charges according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Managing your subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, including:

• skipping a shipment

• pausing your subscription

• rescheduling your next order

• canceling your subscription

Cancellation timing

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, please cancel at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If you cancel after the billing date has processed, that order will still ship and will be treated as final sale (see our Return & Refund Policy).
